CANCELATION POLICY
Standard rate sales terms:
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card on the date of the stay commencement, unless stated otherwise.
A deposit of 100% of the total amount will be charged at the moment of booking.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Check-In Policy:
The room is available from 4:00 PM, except in the case of early check-in.
Check-Out Policy:
The room must be vacated by 10:00 AM, except in the case of late check-out (additional charges may apply).

Change Policy
For any modifications regarding the number of guests or stay dates, please contact us directly. We will endeavor to accommodate you based on our availability.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations made at least 35 days in advance, there will be no additional charges. However, after this period, a 50% charge will apply.
Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance will incur a charge for the full reservation. We recommend carefully reviewing our policies before confirming your booking.

Liability and Security:
a. We are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during your stay.
b. We reserve the right to request valid identification at check-in.
c. Intentional or negligent damage to our facilities may result in additional charges.
d. A €550 deposit will be retained at check-in.
No Smoking Policy:
a. Our apartment is strictly non-smoking. Additional charges will apply to those who do not comply with this policy.
These general sales conditions apply unless specific terms and conditions are agreed upon in writing between the hotel and the client. We reserve the right to update or modify these conditions at any time without prior notice. We recommend reviewing them periodically.
